Is this castle inspired cat bed not the cutest? Aqua Terra Pet Decor is a small company based in Oregon, and this bed actually started out as a decorative cover for aquariums and terrariums. How creative is that!

Aqua Terra Decor Pet Bed features

These beautiful beds are available in mahogany and cherry, as well as an unfinished version so you can paint it yourself. The Deluxe version has finished wood on the outside. The Premium model is finished both inside and out. Both the Deluxe and Premium models come with a plush, padded, machine washable cushion. The beds measure 17″(H) x 22(L) x 12″(W) and weigh approximately 6.8 pounds.

Easy assembly

We got the mahogany Premium model. The bed ships flat and requires assembly. Those of you who’ve followed me for a while already know that I’m a little challenged in that area, but for these beds, when they say “easy to assemble – no tools required,” they actually mean it. It took me less than 10 minutes to put the bed together.

Allegra’s take on the Premium Castle Pet Bed

The photo at the top of the post was taken less than a minute after I first put the bed in our living room.

The  photo below was taken a few minutes later.

I think the princess approves of her new castle!

that bed is too cute! Too bad Cody has so many beds because when I adopted him his name was “PRINCE!!” (his foster Mom named him that)….I call him “Cody, The cat formerly known as PRINCE” xoxoxo
