Cats are masters at hiding pain. By the time a cat guardian recognizes that a cat is in pain, chronic pain may already have a considerable impact on the cat’s quality of life. This can be especially true when it comes to arthritis, a degenerative joint disease that affects as many as 3 in 10 cats. Only 7% of cats with arthritis receive treatment for this often debilitating condition.

While there are conventional pain medications that can help control feline pain, most come with considerable risk and negative side effects. The Assisi Loop provides safe and effective pain relief without adverse effects.

How does the Assisi Loop work?

The Assisi Loop features targeted pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (tPEMF™). This modality was first studied in the 1970s and is FDA-cleared for use in humans. It uses low-level pulses of electromagnetic energy to stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms to help relieve pain and swelling. For a detailed explanation of the technology, please visit the Assisi Animal Health website.

Assisi Animal Health found that this technology works especially well on feline arthritis. It is a non-pharmaceutical, non-invasive treatment. Cats tolerate it much better than many medications. Not only that, but a lot of cats really enjoy receiving Loop treatments. Because the Loop stimulates the body’s own healing process, rather than introducing a new substance (like a medication), even a sensitive cat body can handle it easily.

The Loop’s most famous feline customer

Lil BUB was born with several genetic mutations, including a shorter lower jaw and no teeth. She also has dwarfism, which means she will stay kitten-sized for her entire life, and she is the only cat in recorded history born with a rare bone condition called “osteopetrosis”. When BUB began to lose mobility and soon was hardly able to walk, her “dude,” Mike Bridavsky, was worried that she might have to be euthanized. Mike heard about the Loop from a fan, and was shocked by the improvement in BUB after he began using it for only a few months. Mike has been using the Loop for five years, and BUB continues to get two treatments a day. Watch the video below for more on BUB’s remarkable recovery:

50 Comments on Giveaway: Assisi Loop with Bonus Duffle Bag

  1. I would love the opportunity to win this amazing assisi loop for many reasons but first and foremost, my 2 oldest cats are 11 and 13 and since they will not be getting any younger, I believe this device would be very helpful to them as they age. I also rescue cats from wherever I need to be to help them and know that this little device would be a Godsend to the many cats that I have seen horribly abandoned and abused by their former ‘owners.’ Thank u for this wonderful giveaway!

  2. My cat suffers from extreme allergies. We tried a food allergy sensitivity test. He didn’t have improvement when switching his diet. So we tried topical prescriptions and that didn’t help. So the we tried oral medications. That was slightly helpful-but not a great change for Wendell. So then we spent thousands of dollars at an allergy specialist–we did testing and he has environmental (plant and dust and insects, etc.) allergies. So we started giving him allergy desensitization shots. He was improving slightly for about a year and then they started getting worse after the each allergen injection. So we discontinued the allergy shots and went back to oral meds (methylprednisolone). He is constantly in a state of outbreak licking and chewing on his skin. We bathe him too with shampoo from our vet. It is really painful for us to watch him suffer. And a constant basis with these allergies. We would love to try try something else in hopes of getting some relief for our long suffering kitty. Maybe the Assisi loop work for Wendell?? We’re willing put the effort in to stop his pain! Thank you!

  25. The Loop is amazing. My mom uses it for her dog with arthritis in his hips and he went from daily meds to no meds using the Loop. I foster hospice kitties and have used it for cancer, pancreatitis and even for my boy with Ceruminous gland adenomas in his ears – all with great results. I am a fan.

  26. I am a pet sitter (time flies – ten years) and I certified in 2016 as a Level 2 Reiki practitioner. (I am about to ‘hang my shingle’ in 2018 for Reiki – I’ve been offering Reiki to clients (as a perk) and friends and family since my attunements, and am ready to expand my pet services.) I ‘discovered’ Reiki years ago when I was looking for ways to help a chocolate lab client, Jena, with arthritis pain, and was ready to bring Reiki into my life in 2016. As, I am invited into people’s homes to care for their pets, I am also often invited in their lives, and I realize that, sometimes I find clients and sometimes clients find me for a reason. A lot of what I do is offer energy for both animals and people in physical and emotional pain; sometimes an animal’s pet sitting needs open the gate to a human in need. I’ve been reading about the assisi loop for a while and am interested in it because it gives me one more option (one more perk) for my pet clients, and even their humans, to help alleviate pain and bring balance.

  27. Our older cat, Clawde, has suffered for the past almost two years now from some as yet undiagnosable long-standing diarrhea. This has of course led to weight loss, and imagine internal discomfort. Perhaps the Assisi Loop could provide him some relief. Thank you!

I also had wanted to try it on my Coonhound girl, Kyoko, but she died this past Friday so I never got to see if it would help her. She was having trouble with her legs and in the end they failed completely. I miss her so mych!
