UK cat lovers, rejoice! The UK’s first ever cat festival will make its debut in London on July 14, 2018. This celebration of all things cat is organized by Britt Collins, a journalist, animal rescuer and author of Strays: A Lost Cat, a Homeless Man and Their Journey Across America. The event will feature cat products and accessories, cat books, cat art, as well as cat videos and inspiring talks from animal experts and bestselling writers. There will be adoptable rescue cats, and a portion of all proceeds will go to feline rescue organizations. For more information, visit catfestlondon.com.
If you missed any of the stories featured on the Conscious Cat this week, here’s a recap: on Sunday, we offered advice on how to decide where to donate when there’s so much need, on Monday, we talked about hypoallergenic cats, on Tuesday, we provided information on how to help animals affected by the California wildfires, on Wednesday, we featured an adorable stainless steel cat thermos from Triple T Studios, and on Friday, we reviewed Buddhism for Pet Lovers. And don’t forget to enter our giveaway for a Limited Edition True Violet Cat Carrier from Sleepypod!
Today’s video is probably the idea of what heaven looks like for most of us – enjoy!
Have a great weekend!
