Happy 4th of July 2015

As you celebrate America’s birthday today, please remember that this may not be your cat’s favorite holiday. Noisy celebrations can be scary for many cats. By planning ahead, you can do a number of things to help your cats cope.

How to Help Your Cat Cope With Fireworks

Have a wonderful holiday!

Due to the holiday, our weekly Saturday Mews and Nips feature and recap of the week’s stories will run tomorrow.

I try to stay at home in the evenings with Truffle and Brulee when firecrackers are going off because they are legal for anyone to use in SC.

Happy Independence Day from Truffle and Brulee. We hope you don’t have to endure too many of those annoying firecrackers today.

I (Will, the human) stayed home from my wife’s family reunion so that I could comfort Anya and Oscar from the crazy arial fireworks that our neighbor likes to shoot off illegally. But happy to do it! (Besides, my wife’s family is crazy!) Happy 4th to all of you Conscious Cats and Humans.

My human is actually staying with me on the Fourth and playing with me and giving me treats so that the noise doesn’t bother me!
