PrettyLitter is a revolutionary litter with a super lightweight, odor-free formula and an easy to use subscription service that ships right to your door. No more lugging of bags from store to car and into your house, and you’ll never have to worry about running out. More importantly, PrettyLitter has features that take litter to the next level.

PrettyLitter changes color to alert you to potential health problems

Cats are notorious for hiding illnesses, so it’s often hard to tell if they are sick or in pain. PrettyLitter changes color to tell you when your cat has a potential health issue, so you can get them help before it becomes an urgent medical situation. This could save you money on expensive vet bills, not to mention it could save your cat’s life.

“Having lost my cat to an illness, it was a heartbreaking experience watching her get ill without having been able to help her early on,” says Daniel Rotman, the CEO of PrettyLitter. “I created PrettyLitter to give cat owners the power to keep daily tabs on their cat’s wellbeing.”

PrettyLitter Colors Explained

1. Blue Litter

If PrettyLitter turns blue or dark green, it means the cat’s urine has a high pH level. This means the cat could have a urinary tract infection and/or might be at risk for developing bladder crystals and stones.

2. Orange Litter

Orange litter is an indication of abnormal acidity. The cat may be experiencing metabolic acidosis or kidney tubular acidosis. It can also mean crystals and stones are forming in the bladder.

3. Red Litter

Splotches of red mean there is blood in the cat’s urine. Kidney disease, clotting disorder, bladder cancer, and bladder inflammation are all possible reasons.

Superb odor control

Say goodbye to that “litter box” smell. PrettyLitter’s super absorbent silica gel eliminates smells by trapping urine inside (not clumping around it) and drying out feces. By drying out your cat’s waste, PrettyLitter is obliterating odors even before you have a chance to scoop.

Since PrettyLitter absorbs and then eliminates moisture, you won’t have to keep replenishing litter throughout the month. Typically, a single bag will last an entire month for one cat.

Household friendly and safe

PrettyLitter is made from silicon dioxide, which can be found in nature inside various living organisms. It is non-toxic, inert, and doesn’t expand in the presence of moisture. It is household friendly and safe for cats, even when they breathe or ingest it.

PrettyLitter is virtually dust-free, making it a great choice for cats (and humans) with asthma or other respiratory issues.
