Yes, I know, there’s that other big game happening today, too. We’re not big football fans here, although Ruby has been placing bets on the Patriots – after all, she says, how hard can it be to take down a falcon? While we may not be watching the big game, we will definitely be watching the Kitten Bowl on Hallmark Channel.
I confess that Hallmark Channel has become one of my favorite networks. Their movies always have happy endings, their original series feature likeable characters, and it’s all a perfect escape from real life. It seems fitting that they’re hosting the Kitten Bowl for the fourth year in a row – how could you not be happy watching adorable kittens tumble across a football field? As in previous years, TV Personality and North Shore Animal League America spokesperson Beth Stern will be back again to host the championship game. All of the kitten players are hoping to be adopted after the game.
The Kitten Bowl will air on Supurr Bowl Sunday at 12pm ET/PT on the Hallmark Channel. Visit http://www.hallmarkchannel.com/kittenbowl for more information.

I love Kitten Bowl. My husband was asking the other day if they had one this year. That question couldn’t have made me happier. He loves cats as much as I do.
Aww, I love that your husband asked about the Kitten Bowl, Janine. Sounds like he’s a keeper. 😉
Ruby…… this comment is for you…… You are always a PRO in our eyes. And… a cheerful one too!

I have watched Kitten Bowl every year and I will definely be watching today. The Players are very cute and I would probably adopt one, if I didn’t have go as far as North Shore. I like the Hallmark Channel too. Their stories always do have a happy ending.
You can always go to your local shelter and adopt a cat to celebrate Kitten Bowl Sunday, Patricia! 🙂
I have 7 cats. Anyway, There was no Kitten Bowl on Animal Planet. I found out too late Kitten Bowl was on one of the Hallmark channels.
