A board game for cats? Yes, please! The Cheerble Board Game is a clever 3-in-1 interactive toy for cats. Featuring a sturdy scratching pad, a puzzle toy, and a “smart” ball, this toy will bring hours of fun for your cats and for you.

The “smart” ball moves when activated by simply pressing a button. It does not require an app.You can toggle the ball between gentle, normal and active mode.

The Cheerble Board Game comes in two designs, the Maze and the Pool, and in two colors for each option. The ball also comes in two colors.

I like both designs, but I prefer the Maze because it has the added puzzle, making it a more versatile toy. It also features an additional fuzzy ball on a soft stick for your cat’s batting pleasure.

Putting the Cheerble Board Game to the test

We received a prototype of the Maze version and Allegra didn’t waste any time putting the scratching pad to the test. She definitely approves of that portion of the game! We have a lot of scratching posts all around the house, but she’s gone to use this one every single day since we got it.

She also has a lot of fun with the puzzle portion. I’ve used it with both toys and treats, and she hasn’t gotten bored yet.

The only component of the game that she was not crazy about was the ball. Even in “gentle” mode, it spooked her, so I’m going to donate the ball to another kitty to enjoy (the ball can be used without the board game.) I suspect Ruby would have loved the ball. She was fearless when it came to exploring new and different things.

My take on the Cheerble Board Game

With or without the smart ball, I love this toy. Between the sturdy and eye pleasing design (who says cat toys have to be ugly?) and the endless possibilities for both solo and interactive play, this is a win-win in my book. In fact, I like it so much that I’m giving it our Seal of Approval.

I’m sorry the ball scared Allergra. I bet Kiki would be the same way. She gets spooked easily.
