Mews and Nips: Royal Mail Bans Deliveries Due to Mail Snatching Cat

black-and-white-cat

A couple in Bristol in the UK received a warning notice from the Royal Mail that deliveries to their home may be suspended “due to the actions of a cat on the property.” It turns out that Bella, a beautiful black and white moggy, thinks it’s a fun game when the mail starts coming through the slot in the door, and has been batting at the envelopes as soon as they start appearing. The notice stated that the postman reported that when he pushes the mail through the letterbox, the cat “snatches the mail and puts his fingers at risk.” Visit the Bristol Post to watch a video of Bella in action.

Review: The Extraordinary Life of Buffy the Cat

Buffy-the-Cat

Buffy, an orange tabby from the Chicago suburbs, is one busy cat. Over the course of his life, this handsome boy was a bartender, a judge, a DJ, a teacher, and a dental hygienist. He spends his days commuting on public transit, going grocery shopping, and enjoying a cold beverage at the end of a long day. He also does chores such as mowing the lawn and chopping firewood, but fear not, in addition to working hard, Buffy also knows how to relax. On weekends, he lays out at the beach, goes fishing, and relaxes by listening to music.Continue Reading
