Meow Woof Fest: A MEOWvelous and BARKingly Good Time for the Whole Family

I’m excited to announce that I’m going to be part of the Meow Woof Fest in Fredericksburg, VA on October 17. This celebration of cats and dogs is the brainchild of Bob Walker, one of the pioneers of the concept of “catification.” Bob and his wife Frances Mooney transformed their San Diego home into The Cat’s House by creating brightly painted ramps, stairs and cat walks throughout the entire house.

The festival will feature cat (and dog) book signings, a pet photo exhibition, a pet first aid demo, cat and dog adoptions, and more. Participants in the festival include Hauspanther’s Kate Benjamin, pet expert Arden Moore, and many others.

Details are still being finalized. Kate and I will be signing books at 2:30pm on Saturday.

I hope I’ll see you at the festival! For more information, please visit The Meow Woof Fest website.

Have fun. If I still lived in Virginia I would go to this! I am so telling my parents about it!
