A 26-year-old tortoiseshell cat named Tiffany, who lives in San Diego, CA with her human, Sharron Voorhees, 73, a retired lawyer and lifelong animal lover, holds the Guinness World Record for being the world’s oldest living cat. Voorhees brought Tiffany home when she was seven weeks old. Tiffany will turn 27 in March. When asked about the secret to her longevity, Voorhees replied ” has a theory: It’s love. “l always say it’s just that she doesn’t want to leave me.” Read the full story on U-T San Diego.
