Giveaway: Katris Cat Scratching Block

Katris is a system of corrugated cardboard shapes that you can arrange in endless configurations. Remember the computer game Tetris? You get the idea. We reviewed the entire system a little while back, and gave it two thumbs and four paws up.

The pieces are hand assembled from 100% recyclable cardboard, using 90% post consumer recycled content. They use only non-toxic starch-based adhesives and no inks or dyes. Each piece is nice and sturdy, and as long as you start out with a solid base, you can build it pretty high. The individual pieces are super sturdy on their own and make great scratchers.

Katris has offered up three of the modular pieces to three lucky winners – winner gets to choose the shape.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! The T-shaped block arrived just before Christmas. My cats are thoroughly enjoying it, and we’re trying to decide what to buy next to make an even bigger play space.

As mommy to multiple cats, I am always trying different toys and stimulating scratchers and climbing towers to keep them all occupied, happy and exercised! I would absolutely love to try this for my fur family….. I love that it’s upright and not on the floor, as we have plenty of those already!

I would love to win this for my fabulous felines as we have those cheapo cardboard scratchers all over the floor and the Katris would give them something of quality to scratch — and hopefully not something else for me to trip over!

This would be great in small places and being able to re-arrange them to fit an area is fantastic. My fur babies love to climb around anything like this and when it gets a little familiar, I can change it up for them. How cool.

My cat is definitely a scratcher. He also loves to fall asleep high up while watching the birds, squirrels and chipmunks. This would be perfect to set up in front of the window for him!

My cats, and one kitten, would love this! They love when online orders come in because they get the boxes. A cardboard “box” made just for them would be perfect!
