Have you ever dreamed of a place where you can hang out with thousands of other cat lovers, meet celebrity cats, see cool cat stuff, and talk about cats all weekend long? Well, your dream is about to come true: CatCon LA will be a two-day weekend conference that’s part expo, part symposium, and all about cats. The event will showcase the finest cat-centric merchandise for cats and cat lovers including cat furniture, art, toys, clothing, accessories, home decor and more. Celebrity guests include Simon Tofield, Lil BUB, and many many more. There will be an amazing line up of guest speakers, including our friends Kate Benjamin of Hauspanther and Angie Bailey of Catladyland and Texts from Mittens. It’s like Comic-Con…but for cat people, and it takes place June 6 and 7, 2015 at the Reef in Los Angeles, CA. For more information, visit CatConLA.com.

If you missed any of the stories featured on The Conscious Cat this week, here’s a recap: on Monday, we told you about the new non-adjuvanted three-year rabies vaccine for cats, on Tuesday, we reviewed the 3-sided vertical scratcher from PetFusion, on Wednesday, we told you what to do when your cat won’t eat, and on Friday, we reviewed the ridiculously adorable book I Knead My Mommy and Other Poems by Kittens. And don’t forget to enter our giveaway for an assortment of Litter Lifter Scoops for your cats and your favorite shelter!

What is it about cats and toilet paper? Today’s video features some kitties who have elvated TP’ing to an art form. Enjoy!
