Giveaway: SmartCat All Natural Cat Litter

Smart_Cat_Litter

SmartCat All Natural Cat Litter is a lightweight clumping litter made 100% from grasses grown in the USA, with no added chemicals or fragrances. It is virtually dust free to minimize respiratory problems for both the cat and the pet parent. It has a creamy, sand like texture. It quickly absorbs urine, which helps reduce tracking outside of the litter box. The odor causing components of the urine are trapped in the clumps. The litter begins dewatering the clump to minimize the biodegradation (bacterial growth) that causes odors.

This all natural litter clumps like clay and forms very hard strong clumps. It is designed that as it absorbs near the edges, it will actually peel itself away from the sides. It is environmentally friendly as it will biodegrade after disposal as a renewable resource.

Here’s your chance to try this new litter for yourself!

While there are many things I like about Swheat Scoop, it generates more dust than I like so I am very interested in checking out another all natural litter. I’ve not heard of this product previously so thank you for your review and giveaway!

We’d like to try this in our household because we have 2 guys with very sensitive respiratory systems and we’ve yet to find a litter that is right (and we have tried so many-ugh). I have a handicapped girl who is very picky about textures-maybe this will be the one? I also really like that its environmentally friendly and biodegradable.

I enjoyed today’s email newsletter of conscious cat. Thank you.

I wonder if this company gives small samples. My grocery store (Safeway) doesn’t sell this brand. The dust is bad for the one who has to change the litter. We have many litterboxes and collect maybe 10 lbs of clumps each day. On the plus side, with the warm weather, our cats can also go outside in the forest next to us. But with the frequent bad weather, we are back to closed doors and dust-breathing.

I rescue from the local high-kill shelter and many of the cats & kittens have URIs ranging from mild to severe. A no-dust clumping litter would be wonderful to help them recover.

I would love to try this liter because my persian Angel has a problem covering her poop and it ends up stuck on her hair that she will run as fast as she can to get away from it but it attached to her. Maybe with a light weight liter she will be able to cover it . So I’m crossing my fingers and toes to win this for Angel soo she won’t be running from herself any more.

Always interested in trying something that’s safe, natural and reliable for my cats. Our Noah, who was born blind, has had many skin allergies in the past. This litter would not only benefit him, but the others as well. We have 4 kitties total. Thank you..

We are very VERY interested in trying this out! We were sooo upset that the mom was so busy with her Blogpaws presentation that she missed out on bringing back a few of the sample bags they offered there. (We STILL haven’t forgiven her. Uh, is that reason enough?)

i much prefer natural and i have tried almost every single brand, but so far they don’t measure up to clumping clay. when you have multiple cats, you can’t afford to have odor.

I quit using clumping litter about 4 years ago when I adopted my senior declawed cat. I like that it is soft on his paws, since they deserve all the tenderness they can get! I would love to give this a try!

I agree that dust free good litter is a great idea. I have 8 cats..alot of dust but more importantly my newly adotped 8yr old dachsund has enviromental allergies and I am in the process of trying new litters for her benefit…hoping to find one the cats like and one that helps my dog with her allergies.

With 4 cats, we go through a fair amount of litter here. I do worry about the dust and what it is doing to my and my kitties’ lungs. An environmentally safe litter is very appealing for this reason.
