It was probably inevitable: the arguably most popular cat on the internet, Grumpy aka Tardar Sauce, has landed a movie deal. Catsparella reports that Tardar Sauce’s human reps (she has more than one, obviously) have teamed up with producers Todd Garner and Sean Robins, to develop what is being described as a “Garfield-like” live action feature film, starring a living, breathing, and talking Grumpy Cat. Cat videos are the most watched videos on the internet, and now you no longer have to feel guilty about spending all that time enjoying them. The Irish Examiner reports on a Japanese study that found that watching online cat videos can make you more productive. The study involved having human subjects play a number of games. In one study, one group of players would look at images of food, another would look at adult animals, a third at baby animals.
