Giveaway: Cats Incredible™ Litter

When it comes to preventing litter box odors, frequent scooping is one of the best ways to do it. Since I work from home, I usually scoop practically the minute Allegra or Ruby finish doing their business. I realize that that’s not practical for everyone, but at a minimum, litter boxes should be scooped twice a day, and the entire box should be dumped out, cleaned and refilled with fresh litter once a month.

Cats Incredible™ Litter from Lucy Pet Products has developed a new way to stop litter box odors.A patent pending technology called The Smell Squasher™, which is  exclusive to Lucy Pet Products, actually stops ammonia from forming inside the litter box. This clumping clay litter comes with the adorable nick name of “SuperKittyKattakalizmik Klumping Litter for Cats.”

The litter comes in a clever, patent-pending cat shaped bag with two ergonomic handles and a side spout that makes it easy to pour. The bag is recyclable and non-pollutant. It is available in an unscented formula and a lavender scented formula. Since I don’t recommend scented litters, I would suggest going with the unscented formula.

Cats Incredible™ is part of Lucy Pet Products’ “Products With A Cause” program. All profits are donated to the Lucy Pet Foundation to reduce pet overpopulation through mobile spay & neuter clinics as well as fund other animal related welfare causes.

I realize this isn’t the first time you’ve shared about Cats Incredible Litter, but I appreciate you sharing it again. I have 5 cats and need a lot of litter, but trying to find an environmentally-friendly alternative that is unscented, GMO-free, as dust-free as litter can be, clumps adequately, and doesn’t mold has been challenging. Now that I’ve finally looked into Cats Incredible Litter, I learned that Lucy Pet Products obtains their clay using ongoing reclamation to protect the environment and even improve the land that was used. I am additionally impressed the profits go towards animal welfare programs and organizations! I don’t even care about The Smell Squasher (except for moderate concern as to what it actually is my cats would be exposed to, which Lucy Pet Products somewhat addresses in their FAQs)–is that wrong? 🙂 I’m not quite sure how to afford the difference in price from my current litter yet, but this looks like a company I’d rather be supporting.

I’m always interested in trying new litters – like many cat ownees, I keep searching (futilely) for a litter that neither tracks a lot nor has a lot of dust. I’d be interested to see how this one performs. Plus, the bag is just adorable!

Princess would choose the unscented formula of this litter if I am so lucky to win. This is great that the manufacturer of this litter donates all their profits the Lucy Pet Foundation.

I have three kitties and have found some litter lets the urine sink to the bottom of the litter box where it forms a cement-like layer of gunk that is very difficult to scoop up. When I do scoop it, the ammonia smell is awful. I want a litter that will clump up the urine and the poop so when I scoop the box, I easily get ALL of the waste.

Thanks so much for your generous giveaway. I am very intrigued to try this litter and see if it truly does keep the odor down too.

While i love my cats, I worry about the environment and of course, other cats in need (dogs, too – I have three of them, too). We’ve used clay litter for as long as I can remember. First, the old-fashioned time and then more recently, love the clumping style. I do worry about how good it is for my cats – and the environment. i love that not only does this product “give back” to cats in need, but even the bag is recyclable.
